Returns

We take pride in offering complete customer support for our products, and we know in some cases you may need to return your item(s). We have listed below our return policy:

• You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to make a return.
• Item must be in original packaging unless it is a defective item.
• Return shipping costs is the customers responsibility, and we will take care of the exchange item(s) shipping costs (only within the US).

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund on items that are unopened, in brand new condition, and in original packaging.  To receive a full refund we must receive the item within 30 days of original receipt of the order.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once the item(s) have been received.
